“Formelle is the result of everything I've learned about women's health, strength, and sustainable fitness over the past decade.”
I'm a Swedish coach, educator, and founder of Formelle. For over ten years, I've worked with women around the world, helping them build strength, improve their health, and create habits that last.
My own journey has shaped everything I believe about health. After being diagnosed with cancer in my twenties, I had to rebuild my body from the ground up. Since then, life has brought new challenges: personal loss, becoming a mother, and all the physical and emotional changes that come with entering my late thirties.
Through every chapter, one thing has remained true: my body has carried me forward.
That experience has taught me that real health is about so much more than workouts or nutrition alone. It's about building both physical and mental resilience. Strength is how we move, but it's also how we recover, manage stress, adapt to change, and keep showing up for ourselves.
That philosophy is at the heart of Formelle.
This isn't just another fitness app. It's a platform designed around women. Inside, you'll find evidence-based training, practical nutrition, women's health education, cycle tracking, pregnancy and postpartum support, and guidance that evolves with you through every stage of life.
You'll also find guided breathing sessions and recovery practices, because your nervous system deserves just as much attention as your muscles. We believe progress isn't only built through movement; it's built through recovery, resilience, and learning to take care of your whole self.
Every workout, every program, every lesson, and every recovery tool has been created with one purpose: to help you understand your body, trust it, and build a healthy lifestyle that lasts.
I'm so glad you're here.
